These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Sia Makerlab ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Sia Manager for Supabase mobile application ("App" or "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Sia Manager for Supabase is an Android ops and management console for the Supabase projects that you specify. It connects directly from your device to those projects across two API planes and provides the following features:
The App is provided for Android devices only. Your project connections, API keys, and Management token are stored locally on your device in app-private storage. Self-hosted projects support data-plane features only, by design.
You are solely responsible for the Supabase projects you choose to connect to and the operations you perform. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to access each project you configure and to run the queries, SQL, administrative actions, and lifecycle operations you execute, and you agree not to use the App to access, alter, or interfere with any project or system you do not own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the consequences of destructive operations (such as deleting rows, running SQL, changing RLS policies, or pausing or restarting a project) that you run.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

The App displays advertising through Google AdMob. You may remove ads through a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("remove ads"):
Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms; entitlements are reconciled with Google Play. Except as required by law or Google Play policy, purchases are non-refundable.
The App connects to Supabase projects that you operate or are authorized to use, at <project>.supabase.co and api.supabase.com. Availability, performance, and the integrity of your data depend on those projects, your keys and tokens, Supabase, your network, and your device. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups; do not rely on the App as a backup or recovery system for critical or production projects.
The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, and software, is owned by Sia Makerlab and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your connection data and project contents remain yours.
Sia Manager for Supabase is an independent, third-party client and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supabase, Inc. "Supabase" is a trademark of Supabase, Inc.; the name "Sia Manager for Supabase" is used nominatively to describe compatibility with the Supabase platform.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the App may be used by us without any obligation to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that connections, queries, or administrative operations will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIA MAKERLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM DATA MODIFIED OR DELETED ON YOUR PROJECTS — RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and, for material changes, displaying a notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable EU law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sia Makerlab regarding your use of the App.

This Terms of Service is available in English. If translated versions are provided, the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
