These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sia Makerlab ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Star Reading: Horoscope AI mobile application ("App" or "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Star Reading is an astrology companion that, based on the birth details you provide, generates personalized horoscopes, a birth chart, and an AI astrology chat.
The App provides the following features:
Your birth information, readings, and chat history are stored only on your device. Generating new content and chatting require an internet connection to our stateless server, which performs calculations and AI generation and stores nothing. Saved records are viewable offline.
The App is provided for Android devices only.
Astrology readings, birth-chart interpretations, and AI-generated chat responses are provided for entertainment and personal-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice and must not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, psychological, relationship, or other important decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on a device you own or control for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or sublicense the App, abuse or overload the server, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App displays ads through Google AdMob (an App Open ad, a single banner, and optional rewarded ads). AI generation is limited by daily on-device credits: a set number of free generations per day. When they are used up, you may optionally watch a rewarded ad to receive additional credits, up to a daily cap. You may also purchase a one-time Remove Ads in-app purchase through Google Play, which disables ads and grants unlimited AI generation. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms; entitlements are reconciled with Google Play on launch. Except as required by law or Google Play policy, purchases are non-refundable.
The App, including all content, features, and software, is owned by Sia Makerlab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that astrology calculations or AI-generated content are accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.
You are responsible for the birth details and other information you enter. We are not responsible for any loss of data stored locally on your device. We recommend using the Backup feature to safeguard your data.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIA MAKERLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ANY READING OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the "Last Updated" date accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. For EU users, these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable EU law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, failing that, before the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sia Makerlab regarding the App.

This Terms of Service is available in English. If translated versions are provided, the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
