These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Sia Makerlab ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the SiaFTP Client mobile application ("App" or "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
SiaFTP Client is an Android file-transfer app that connects to remote file servers you configure and transfers files between your device and those servers. It provides the following features:
The App is provided for Android devices only. Your connection profiles, credentials, and configuration are stored locally on your device. The App is localized in 13 languages — English, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, German, French, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Serbian, Romanian, Hungarian, and Turkish.
You are solely responsible for the servers you choose to connect to and the files and operations you perform. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to access each server you configure and to upload, download, modify, rename, delete, or change permissions on the files and directories you act upon, and you agree not to use the App to access, overload, attack, or otherwise interfere with any system you do not own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the consequences of destructive operations, including deletions, overwrites, and delete-mirror synchronization.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

The App displays advertising through Google AdMob using only one format: a banner at the bottom of the screen. The App does not use App Open, interstitial, or native ads. You may remove ads through a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("remove ads"):
Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms; entitlements are reconciled with Google Play. Except as required by law or Google Play policy, purchases are non-refundable.
The App may also offer a Google Play in-app update when a newer version is available, and an optional in-app rating prompt. Both flows are provided and controlled by Google Play, and neither is required to use the App.
The App runs transfers and scheduled synchronization on a best-effort basis using the Android system (WorkManager foreground service). Transfer completion, sync timing, and notification delivery depend on your device's settings, power management, network availability, the operating system, and the configuration of your servers. Always maintain your own backups and do not rely on the App as the sole safeguard for critical files, especially when using delete-mirror or bidirectional synchronization.
The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, and software, is owned by Sia Makerlab and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your files and configuration remain yours.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the App may be used by us without any obligation to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that connections, transfers, or synchronization will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIA MAKERLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM FILES LOST, CORRUPTED, OVERWRITTEN, OR DELETED DURING TRANSFER OR SYNCHRONIZATION — RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and, for material changes, displaying a notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable EU law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sia Makerlab regarding your use of the App.

This Terms of Service is available in English. If translated versions are provided, the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
