These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sia Makerlab ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Shift Calendar Widget mobile application ("App" or "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Shift Calendar Widget is an offline shift-schedule app. You set up a rotation once, and the App calculates your work and off days and displays them in a calendar and in home-screen widgets.
The App provides the following features:
The App runs entirely on your device, with no account and no server storing your data. It is provided for Android devices only.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on a device you own or control for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or sublicense the App, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App displays ads through Google AdMob (a banner and an app-open ad), with consent managed via Google's UMP where applicable. You may purchase a one-time Remove Ads in-app purchase through Google Play, which disables ads. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms; entitlements are reconciled with Google Play. Except as required by law or Google Play policy, purchases are non-refundable.
The App calculates your schedule based solely on the pattern and overrides you provide. You are responsible for entering correct information and for verifying your actual work schedule with your employer. We are not responsible for missed shifts or other consequences arising from reliance on the App's calculations or reminders.
The App, including all content, features, and software, is owned by Sia Makerlab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You are responsible for the information you enter and for safeguarding it. We are not responsible for any loss of data stored locally on your device. We recommend using the Backup feature to protect your data.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIA MAKERLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ANY SCHEDULE OR REMINDER.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the "Last Updated" date accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. For EU users, these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable EU law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, failing that, before the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sia Makerlab regarding the App.

This Terms of Service is available in English. If translated versions are provided, the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
