This Privacy Policy describes how Sia Makerlab ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of the Shift Calendar Widget mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
The App does not require you to create an account. To calculate your schedule, you set up a shift pattern (its name, start date, cycle, and the shift type for each day) and may add per-day overrides. This information is stored only on your device.
The App is offline-first. The following data is stored locally on your device only (Room database and DataStore):

This data is stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to it, and it is not stored on any server. The App has no user accounts and no cloud synchronization.
The App does not send your schedule, patterns, or any personal data to us or to any server. The only network use is for the third-party services described in Section 4 (ads and in-app purchases).
The App does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, or full storage permissions.
We do not collect your name, your schedule, your precise location, your contacts, or any personally identifiable information on our servers.
Locally stored data is used solely to provide core functionality — calculating your shifts, displaying the calendar and widgets, scheduling reminders, and remembering your preferences and purchase entitlement. None of this data leaves your device.
The App uses the following third-party services, each of which may collect data according to its own privacy policy:

When you purchase Remove Ads through Google Play, AdMob ads are disabled. Payment is handled by Google; the App does not collect your card or payment details.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the third-party services listed in Section 4, and only as needed to provide their respective functions.
Your patterns, overrides, and settings remain on your device until you delete them, clear the App's data in device settings, or uninstall the App. The Backup / Restore feature lets you export or import your data as a JSON file; exported files are stored wherever you choose and are your responsibility.
You can view, edit, and delete your locally stored data at any time within the App. You can disable reminders and reset or disable ad personalization and your Advertising ID from Android device settings. Users in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland have additional rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent). California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell personal information.
Google-provided services (AdMob, UMP, Play Billing) may process data through Google's global infrastructure, which may involve transfers outside your country. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Your schedule data is stored only on your device. There is no cloud synchronization operated by us and no user accounts or authentication data stored by us.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, displaying a notice within the App.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. For EU users, it shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable EU law including the GDPR.
