These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Sia Makerlab ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Raining? mobile application ("App" or "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Raining? is a rain, snow, and umbrella alert weather app for South Korea. Based on official data from the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) API Hub (apihub.kma.go.kr), it provides the following features:
The App is provided for Android devices only.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
The App does not require registration or account creation, and we do not collect or store any personal account information.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

All content, features, design, and software of the App are owned by Sia Makerlab and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. However, the original copyright in the weather data belongs to the Korea Meteorological Administration.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the App may be used by us without any obligation to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Weather information provided by the App is based on Korea Meteorological Administration data but may differ from actual conditions and is provided for reference only. Decisions you make (going out, bringing an umbrella, safety-related judgments, etc.) are solely your responsibility, and we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the weather information. Data provision may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance or outages of the KMA API Hub service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIA MAKERLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including "remove ads," all of which are processed entirely by Google Play. All purchases are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. We are not responsible for disputes related to payments processed through Google Play.
In-app purchases are non-transferable and tied to your Google account.
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Advertisements are subject to Google's terms and policies. You can remove ads through the "remove ads" in-app purchase.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we believe is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and, for material changes, displaying a notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable EU law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sia Makerlab regarding your use of the App.

This Terms of Service is available in English. If translated versions are provided, the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
