This Privacy Policy describes how Sia Makerlab ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of the Pomodoro Timer mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
The App does not require you to create an account or provide personal information. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.
The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

This data is stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to our servers. The App has no backend server of its own.
The App requests the following permissions:
Keeps the timer running accurately while the App is in the background or the screen is off.
Shows the running timer and phase-change notifications.
Provides haptic feedback on phase changes.
We explicitly do not collect:
All locally stored data is used solely to remember your preferences and provide core app functionality. The App does not share data with us or any analytics service.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
The App does not integrate any third-party service that collects your personal data. It contains no advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs.
Data stored locally on your device remains until you clear the App's data through device settings or uninstall the App. Data handled by third-party services is retained according to their respective policies.
You can view your locally stored data within the App and delete all local data by clearing app data or uninstalling the App.
Users in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland have additional rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent). California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell personal information.
Your data is stored only on your device. There is no cloud synchronization operated by us and no user accounts or authentication data stored by us.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, displaying a notice within the App.
Background timer accuracy depends on your device's power-management settings. Aggressive battery optimization by the operating system or manufacturer may affect notification timing. The App is provided for general productivity use.
We are not responsible for any loss of data stored locally on your device.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. For EU users, it shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable EU law including the GDPR.
