About
Noise Meter is an Android app that uses your device's microphone to measure ambient sound levels in real time. It displays the current noise level in decibels (dB), classifies the environment into four categories, and keeps a log of your measurements with statistics. An analog meter display provides a clear visual indicator of the sound level around you. Audio is processed entirely on-device — nothing is ever recorded or transmitted.
