These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Sia Makerlab ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the QueryDock for ES & OpenSearch mobile application ("App" or "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
QueryDock for ES & OpenSearch is an Android-native console for managing OpenSearch and Elasticsearch clusters that you specify. It connects directly from your device to those clusters using their REST API, auto-detects the engine on connect via version.distribution, and provides the following features:
@timestamp time range, histogram, level/field chips, and live tailThe App is provided for Android devices only. Your connection profiles and credentials are stored locally on your device.
You are solely responsible for the clusters you choose to connect to and the operations you perform. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to access each cluster you configure and to run the searches, queries, and requests you execute, and you agree not to use the App to access, alter, or interfere with any system you do not own or have permission to use. The App is read-first and applies confirmation guards to write operations, but you remain responsible for the consequences of any request you send — including arbitrary REST requests made through the Dev Console and any guarded write, delete, or administrative action you confirm.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

The App displays advertising through Google AdMob (an adaptive bottom banner and App Open ads). You may remove ads through a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("remove ads"):
Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms; entitlements are reconciled with Google Play. Except as required by law or Google Play policy, purchases are non-refundable.
The App connects to clusters that you operate or are authorized to use. Availability, performance, and the integrity of your data depend on those clusters, your credentials, your network, and your device. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and snapshots; do not rely on the App as a backup or recovery system for critical or production clusters.
OpenSearch is a trademark of Amazon Web Services. Elasticsearch is a trademark of Elasticsearch B.V. Sia Makerlab and the App are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by either trademark holder. The App provides compatibility with the OpenSearch and Elasticsearch REST APIs only; all product and company names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.
The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, and software, is owned by Sia Makerlab and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your connection data and cluster contents remain yours.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the App may be used by us without any obligation to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that connections, searches, queries, or administrative operations will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIA MAKERLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM DATA MODIFIED OR DELETED ON YOUR CLUSTERS — RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and, for material changes, displaying a notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable EU law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sia Makerlab regarding your use of the App.

This Terms of Service is available in English. If translated versions are provided, the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
