These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Sia Makerlab ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Sia Manager for Cloudflare mobile application ("App" or "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Sia Manager for Cloudflare is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cloudflare, Inc. "Cloudflare" and related names and logos are trademarks of Cloudflare, Inc. and are used here only descriptively. The App communicates only with the official Cloudflare REST and GraphQL APIs using the credentials you provide, and does not bundle or redistribute Cloudflare software. The activity log the App records is local to your device and is not a substitute for Cloudflare's own audit records.
Sia Manager for Cloudflare is an Android tool for inspecting and operating Cloudflare accounts and zones that you are authorized to manage. The App is serverless: it connects directly from your device to the official Cloudflare APIs using a Cloudflare API Token you provide, and there is no Sia Makerlab server in the path. It provides the following features:
Only scoped Cloudflare API Tokens are supported; Global API Keys and passwords are not accepted. Some capabilities (such as Workers/Pages, R2/D1/KV, Tunnels, Email Routing, and an optional app lock) are planned for future releases; availability may change over time. The App is provided for Android devices only.
You connect to your own Cloudflare account using your own API Token, and you act with the permissions that token holds. You are solely responsible for the actions you take, including editing DNS records, purging cache, and changing security settings. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to access each Cloudflare account you connect to and to perform the operations you execute, and you agree not to use the App to access, alter, or interfere with any account you do not own or have permission to manage.
Your token, zones, DNS data, analytics, and settings remain yours. Because the App communicates directly with Cloudflare, we do not receive, hold, or control any of it.
Changes made through the App take effect on your live Cloudflare account. Editing DNS records, purging cache, changing SSL/TLS mode, and toggling security settings can affect the availability, routing, and security of your websites and services and anything that depends on them. The App applies safeguards — risk grading, explicit confirmation dialogs, suppression of duplicate in-flight submissions, and disabling write controls for read-only tokens — but you are responsible for confirming these actions and for their consequences. Do not rely on the App as a backup, recovery, or audit system. The operations available in the App reflect what your API Token is permitted to do on Cloudflare; the App does not add or restrict those permissions.
The App is free to use. It contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, no analytics, and no crash reporting, and does not communicate with any server other than the Cloudflare API. If this ever changes, we will update these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the app listing accordingly.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that connections, readings, or operations will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIA MAKERLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — INCLUDING SERVICE DISRUPTION, MISCONFIGURATION, OR DOWNTIME AFFECTING YOUR WEBSITES OR SERVICES — RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
The App encrypts your Cloudflare API Token at rest using Android Keystore-backed AES encryption (AndroidX security-crypto), never displays it again after entry (only the last four characters are shown), and excludes it from backup. It communicates with Cloudflare over TLS only (cleartext disabled), does not log request or response bodies, and masks the Authorization header in diagnostic logging. You are responsible for keeping your device and your API Token secure, for scoping your token appropriately, and for revoking it in the Cloudflare dashboard if it is ever exposed.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices, including our serverless, direct-connection model.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to us or third parties, or for any other reason.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and, for material changes, displaying a notice within the App or on the App's listing. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable EU law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sia Makerlab regarding your use of the App.

This Terms of Service is available in English. If translated versions are provided, the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
