These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Sia Makerlab ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the AppPort mobile application ("App" or "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
AppPort is an Android app portfolio operations tool for independent developers and small studios. It helps you manage local app records, release planning, reviews, quality signals, deployment tracks, advertising-related status, and credential metadata from one local workspace. Features may include:
The App is provided for Android devices only. Some integrations depend on third-party APIs, account authorization, and provider availability.
You are responsible for the apps, publisher accounts, credentials, API access, imported files, and portfolio records you use with AppPort. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to access each app, account, report, review, credential reference, or publisher resource you connect or import.
The App is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Google Play, Play Console, AdMob, Firebase, or any other third-party provider. References to third-party services are descriptive only.
AppPort may connect to third-party publisher services such as Google Play Developer APIs, Play Developer Reporting API, AdMob API, and Cloud Storage reports when you authorize access. Availability, accuracy, rate limits, permissions, and policy requirements are controlled by those third-party providers.
Some actions, such as sending a review reply or changing publisher-related data, can affect public or operational records. The App is designed to require explicit approval before write actions such as review reply sending. You are responsible for reviewing drafts, confirming actions, and complying with the applicable provider's terms and policies.
AppPort stores portfolio data locally and may create exports or backups under your control. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important portfolio records, release plans, credential references, and exported files. Do not rely on the App as the only record of your publishing operations, account access, signing material, or compliance status.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have authority to manage the apps and publisher resources you connect.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
You agree NOT to:
The MVP is planned as a free app with no advertising and no in-app purchases. If this changes, we will update these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the App listing as required.
Your use of third-party services, including Google Play, Play Console, Play Developer APIs, AdMob, Cloud Storage, Firebase, or related publisher tools, is governed by those providers' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, billing, rate limits, permissions, data handling, account restrictions, API changes, or policy enforcement.
The App may display or store credential metadata, keystore references, backup status, and recovery notes. Raw signing keys, service account JSON, passwords, and other secrets should not be stored as ordinary notes or records. You are responsible for protecting your device, app lock, publisher accounts, API access, signing keys, exported files, backups, and any credentials referenced by the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. We do not warrant that third-party integrations, sync operations, reviews, vitals, reports, statistics, action priorities, or credential metadata will be accurate, complete, timely, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIA MAKERLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, ACCOUNT ACCESS, PUBLISHER STATUS, APP STORE RANKING, REVIEW HISTORY, CREDENTIAL MATERIAL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how AppPort handles local data and third-party service data.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, harms us or third parties, violates provider policies, or creates legal or security risk.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Local data and exported files remain under your control unless deleted by you or by the operating system.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, displaying a notice in the App or on the App's listing. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable EU law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sia Makerlab regarding your use of the App.
