1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Sia Makerlab ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the AdMob Monitor Dashboard mobile application ("App" or "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

AdMob Monitor Dashboard is a read-only Android client for the Google AdMob API that surfaces a publisher's own AdMob metrics on the device, home screen widgets, and notifications.

The App provides the following features:

• Multi-period dashboard for 8 core metrics (earnings, impressions, clicks, CTR, requests, match rate, RPM, eCPM) with 5 preset ranges (today / yesterday / 7d / 30d / this month) and 7-day sparkline trends
• Per-app screen with search, sort, filter, and a 4-tab app detail (Overview / Ad Units / Countries / Mediation)
• Advanced section: API coverage map, mediation group / ad source / adapter / ad unit mapping, campaign report, and a read-only stub for write APIs
• Three home screen widgets via Jetpack Glance (1×1 today earnings, 2×1 earnings with day-over-day delta, 2×2 key metrics)
• Five notification types (daily summary, earnings drop, match-rate drop, zero impressions, sync failure)
• Cache-first 1-hour automatic background sync via WorkManager, with a manual TTL-bypass refresh from the top bar
• Single-entry-point safe sign-out that cancels background sync and clears all on-device data

The App is provided for Android devices only. The App requests the INTERNET, POST_NOTIFICATIONS, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, and AD_ID permissions as described in the Privacy Policy.

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google AdMob is a trademark of Google LLC.

3. Eligibility and Use Requirements

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Google AdMob Account

The App requires a valid Google account that has access to an AdMob publisher account. You are responsible for compliance with Google's AdMob program policies, the Google AdMob API Terms of Service, and any other Google terms applicable to your AdMob account.

4. User Account

The App does not create or maintain its own user accounts. Authentication is performed against your Google account using OAuth 2.0.

5. License Grant and Restrictions

5.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purpose of monitoring AdMob accounts you are authorized to access.

5.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App
• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
• Use the App to access AdMob accounts you are not authorized to access
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App to third parties
• Use automated means to access or use the App without our express permission
• Tamper with, block, or otherwise interfere with the in-app advertisements described in §9, or use the App in a manner that violates Google's AdMob policies for ad-supported apps

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, and software, is owned by Sia Makerlab and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the App may be used by us without any obligation to you.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 General Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 Accuracy of Data

The metrics displayed in the App are fetched from the Google AdMob API and may be served from a local cache that is refreshed at most once per hour by WorkManager (or immediately when you use the top-bar manual refresh). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Numbers in the App may differ from the AdMob web console because of caching, rounding, or reporting timezone differences.

7.3 No Financial Advice

The App is a monitoring tool only. It does not provide investment, financial, or business advice. Decisions you make based on metrics displayed in the App are your sole responsibility.

7.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIA MAKERLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. In-App Purchases

The App does not currently offer in-app purchases. A future ad-removal in-app purchase may be introduced; if so, these Terms will be updated accordingly before that feature is enabled.

9. Advertising

The App displays Google AdMob advertisements in the following three placements to support free distribution:

• Bottom adaptive banner — a single shared instance that re-sizes for foldables and multi-window
• App Open ad — full-screen, shown at most once every 15 minutes on cold/warm resume
• Native ad — inserted into the 5th and 10th positions of the Apps list

Ad delivery is handled by Google's Mobile Ads SDK (GMA), which may process information such as the Android Advertising ID, device and ad-request signals, and general location derived from IP. Google's handling of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App uses the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to present a Google-certified consent message before personalized ads are loaded. If you decline consent, the App falls back to non-personalized ads. You can revisit your choice at any time via the App's Settings → Privacy section.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by signing out, clearing app data, or uninstalling the App. Signing out within the App invokes a single SignOutUseCase that cancels background sync and deletes all locally cached AdMob data, OAuth tokens, widget configurations, and API logs.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
• Displaying a notice within the App for material changes

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For users in the European Union, these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable EU law.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sia Makerlab regarding your use of the App.
